Nearly all Tiziri Shangri-La Gemstone Jewellery custom designs are made to order, to limit waste and ensure quality.

All of our custom jewellery is made from either 14K Filled Gold or 925 Sterling Silver chains and selected Crystal Gemstones and Charms.

Due to the handmade and custom nature of each design, returns are not accepted.Please contact me on tiziricreations@gmail.com with your order number. It's my priority that you love your design! In the event of a sizing or style issue I will be happy to adjust or alter the design if possible. 

925 Sterling Silver - It's important to know how to take care of silver jewellery to keep it looking its best.

• Avoid Wearing Silver in The Shower: Water can oxidize silver, causing it to tarnish.
• Avoid Pools: Chlorine and other chemicals can damage most types of jewelry.
• Avoid Hot Tubs or Springs: There are often chemicals in hot tubs. Springs usually have sulfur that can tarnish silver.

Silver care includes routine cleanings. Regular wear of jewelry will result in a buildup of oils, dust, and makeup. The following shows you how to care for silver jewelry.

• Warm Water and Mild Dish Soap: Learning how to clean sterling silver jewelry is simple — just use mild dish soap and warm water. This is a gentle yet effective way to clean silver.
• Try Water and Baking Soda: Some sterling silver care and cleaning tips suggest using baking soda to keep your jewelry looking its best.
• Use Microfiber Cloths: Knowing how to take care of sterling silver, or any type of silver, includes using microfiber cloths for cleaning and polishing.
• Commercial Silver - Most commercial silver cleaners remove tarnish and add shine. Wash the silver in warm, soapy water to remove dust and dirt using a non-abrasive sponge to prevent scratching, and follow the instructions for the commercial silver polish you've selected.

Liquid cleaners or wipes are better than paste for ornate silver, which can get trapped in crevices, and silver cloths are the least messy option

14k Gold Filled - Daily maintenance:To keep your pieces in the best shape, you should simply wipe them down with a soft cloth after each use. If you know that it has been exposed to a bit more that day than normal (ex: skincare/hair products, sweat, etc), rinsing in warm water and drying thoroughly with a soft cloth is a good idea. Removing your jewellery before you sleep will also help it last a lot longer.

For a deeper clean follow the steps below:

1. Prepare a bowl of warm water with just a tiny squeeze of a mild, clear dishwashing liquid.
2. Let your piece soak for 5-10 minutes.
3. Gently wipe your piece off with a soft cloth, or use a very soft toothbrush if you need to get into areas with a lot of detail.
4. Rinse thoroughly, several times if necessary, to make sure all of the soap is off.
5. Dry off the piece completely before wearing or storing your jewellery.

Pricing reflects the love and care that goes into creating a design curated to your size and gemstone preference. My custom designs are entirely handcrafted by myself. With your purchase you are supporting an artist's vision.
Pricing is dependant on design, metals and gemstones used. A confirmed price will be discussed at the “concept” stage. As a indicator, a choker style necklace will generally start at around $135.00 in price.

DOMESTIC ORDERS- Custom items are sent via Australian Post Express Delivery - Shipping Rates start at $10.00. Once shipped you can generally expect your item in 7 business days. 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS- For all orders placed outside Australia, packages will be default shipped via DHL. This typically takes 14-28 days for delivery. Rates start at $15.00. An accurate cost will be provided once item is ready to ship.
